This 595 Competizione just hit 237WHP with only a turbo upgrade! (~92+hp increase!)

We worked with @xtuning_official to get real-world results on the new PowerMax Direct-Fit Abarth turbo that went into this 2019 Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione (1.4L T-Jet). X-Tuning shared their results and feedback after installing and tuning it:

The goal for the customer was simple: a faster, more emotional car that stays street-legal in Austria — without turning the setup into a fabrication project. This car was originally equip with a OEM Garrett turbo, but the turbo shaft speed was peaking around ~230k RPM, so RPM headroom became the bottleneck.

What changed immediately (even before calibration):
"Noticeably faster spool / response, with the same consistency as an OEM turbo."
Where it really comes alive: With proper ECU calibration

X-Tuning reported:
✅ Stronger low-RPM response
✅ Linear torque + power delivery across the entire rev range
✅ Power curve extended right to the rev limiter

3rd gear 50kph → redline: 11.0s avg
4th gear 60 → 120kph: 8.4s avg
