Ever struggle to smoothly transition from 6-subdivision rudiments to 4? This exercise is designed to bridge that gap, while developing your accents and ghost notes on both hands 🥁

The cool part? Even though it starts with 6-subdivided rudiments, it resolves into a 4-subdivision pattern, making it fit perfectly into a standard 4-beat phrase.

This warm-up can be done on the drum set, but here Russ uses it backstage with his SMIL Signature sticks and the Vic Firth Universal Practice Tips, letting him practice anywhere (even on an empty flight case).
