I really like Doctor Bird rum for the sweet funkiness.There are robust flavors of caramelized pineapple and ripe banana with each sip.You get notes of cinnamon and clove.Additionally, you can taste citrus throughout.

The finish lingers on the tongue and lips.The sweet funkiness sits with you.You taste pineapple and coconut with some notes of brown sugar. Additionally, there is an enjoyable warmth.
