One year ago we went into a darkroom w @jtfirstman and a group of brilliant psychos - led by @alexcocofyi and @galen_core. We were here for Jordan’s vision. It promised to be an ode to an addicted and stuck generation, a reminder to love yourself, a testament to the way a child can save a life, a father son buddy comedy, a generational post-party movie for this moment. He’d shoot in spots never seen on film, combine acting legends with newcomers with party kids. Jordan would make a movie of such lived in specificity but with honest emotion and pure entertainment on its mind that it might just be a movie for everybody — old bitches, new bitches, me…. Seeing Jordan arrive on the croisette a fully formed filmmaker and a movie star for this moment was a career highlight.

I am so insanely proud of Jordan and the team of people I get to call friends that made this happen. So proud of the best team at @topicstudiosofficial. So lucky I got to celebrate this with so many who just root for indie film, @mikboyd most of all.

And so excited to be back in it with our brilliant friends at @a24 .Grateful for @renaronson and the team at UTA for sending us the script, and being the best sales partners.Sophie we did it. Let’s do it forever. Everyone’s getting g’kundled
