✨Nous sommes très heureux de vous dévoiler cette semaine un duo d'artistes Français qui jouerons un live-set de 1h30 de Forest-Scando ! Il s'agit de Tool Assisted Monkeys de chez Funky Freaks Records✨

Biographie :

Depuis leur rencontre en 2017 et la formation du duo Tool Assisted Monkeys un peu plus tard, Chilopod et Equorox n'ont cessé d'expérimenter dans leur laboratoire sonore avant de rejoindre le label Funky Freaks Records en 2021. Ils vous emmèneront cet été dans des contrées lointaines au cours d'un voyage rythmé par d'étranges stridulations aliens.
Leur premier Ep est prévu fin d'année 2026 chez Funky Freaks Records.

Since their first encounter in 2017 and the formation of the Tool Assisted Monkeys duo a little later, Chilopod and Equorox experimented non stop in their laboratory and finnally joined the label Funky Freaks Records in 2021. This summer, they'll take you to far away lands in a trip full of strange alien stridulations.
Their first EP is scheduled for release at the end of 2026 on Funky Freaks Records.

Biographie :

CHILOPOD est le projet Psydub de Léo S. , l'autre moitié du duo de son autre projet Scand/Forest Tool Assisted Monkeys.
Léo s'initie tôt à la musique en apprenant le saxophone avant de se mettre à la guitare puis de collectionner les instruments. C'est avec l'acquisition de son premier synthétiseur qu'il a un réel déclic et commence à produire de la musique électronique.
Son projet CHILOPOD est inspiré par la culture sound-system, la nature et le psychédélisme.

CHILOPOD is the Psydub project of Léo S., the other half of the duo behind his other Scand/Forest project, Tool Assisted Monkeys.
Léo began his musical journey early on, learning the saxophone before moving on to the guitar and then collecting instruments. It was with the acquisition of his first synthesizer that he truly clicked and began producing electronic music.
His CHILOPOD project is inspired by sound system culture, nature, and psychedelia.
