Cmon now! I’m extremely proud of myself for accomplishing something I put my mind and heart too. It’s been and still is a very lonely and boring journey but hey, I am IN LOVE with the results! And I pray I don’t stop no time soon! The breakfast club has been my best friend and I love it!

No one is telling me to wake up early, go to gym and workout. 🏋🏽‍♂️ No one is spotting me, I have no one pushing me other than myself. Earphones, Spotify audible and YouTube on reparations for learning and boom!

I salute any and everyone that has lost weight. It’s tough. Getting in shape is tough but doable. Keep up the good work yall.

Items that have helped me on this journey:
First you have to know your Maintenance Calories and work from there
- using TDEE to figure out your calories and macros needed. Once you have that information then it’s game time
- TRYING MY ABSOLUTE BEST TO STAY IN A CALORIC DEFICIT. YALL THIS IS KEY!!!!!! I hit it 90% to 95% of the time
- using @myfitnesspal to track all my food
- using @strongapp to track my work out and progress
- utilizing ChatGPT and Claude for science based advice during all phases of weight fluctuations
- going to sleep by 8:30pm (like an old man 😆)
- Haven’t had alcohol since New Year’s Eve. Yes I’ll drink wine again but as for now , I’ll take a carbonated water.
- drinking hella water!
- daily prayers and @calm for meditation
- last but not least, might be one of the most important-Daily walks. Yup getting at least 8k to 12k steps a day.
