Ted Kravitz made his first pit stop in Penarth last night to celebrate his brand new book, ‘F1 Insider: Notes from the Pit Lane’ — and what a truly incredible evening it was!🏎️

From hilarious tales of life on the road to moving reflections on Murray Walker (we definitely weren’t the only ones with a lump in our throat), Ted gave fans a fascinating glimpse into the fast-paced world of Formula 1.

He shared insights into how he became the iconic reporter we know today, how he finds his stories, and what makes great commentary — and we even got an exclusive look inside the famous Ted’s Notebook! 📓

Ted also answered audience questions on everything from future champions and women in F1, to which cheese best represents each driver, before taking the time to sign books and chat with every fan, offering advice and encouragement to those dreaming of a career in motorsport.

A huge thank you to Ted — and to our very own Hollie, who was in the driver’s seat interviewing him for this sold-out event at The Paget Rooms.
