Το δεύτερο άλμπουμ τους, το ‘Natural Order’, ανέβασε τον πήχη ακόμα ψηλότερα με τη συνεργασία τους με τον θρυλικό παραγωγό DJ Premier στο single ‘Think Twice’. Το album έγινε γρήγορα το πιο επιτυχημένο Hip Hop album στη χώρα, οδηγώντας τις Κουκουβάγιες σε μια σειρά από sold-out εμφανίσεις που τίναξαν στον αέρα κάθε ηχητικό σύστημα που βρήκαν στον δρόμο τους.
