Been sitting on this for a while and wasn’t sure whether to say it out loud.

A lot of people are doing it tough right now, but most of us just keep saying “it could be worse 🤷‍♂️ ” and pretend we’re fine.

I’ve been guilty of that too.

This isn’t for sympathy ... I just think we need to talk about this stuff more. Cost of living, work being quiet, industries struggling, creativity taking a hit, and people quietly carrying way more than they show online.

If you’re in a similar place, you’re not weak and you’re not alone.

And if anyone ever needs someone to talk to, I’m here. I might not have all the answers, but I can listen.

Be kind to yourself. A lot of people are just trying to get through it right now.
