The explosion of a smoke machine -the origins of which remain unknown - is causing anxiety and panic among the residents of Snail. The smoke is very thick-visibility is near zero. I don’t think I will be able to find anyone to interview. I am completely surrounded by smoke. This is...

Turning to the news, the animated film and album ‘Snail in the Clouds’ will be released on June 5, with a limited-edition vinyl following in July. Out on Monotreme Records.The vinyl will have a map of the planet Snail and a digital download code but remember that like any spherical and physical object, a vinyl spinning on a player offers the best experience. It allows you to sit still, like when you watch a movie, while rotating on yourself like a planet.

Then we had @billy___gmorris add the ‘guitar flight,’ as if it were coming through the window @__shane__kennedy__ on bass
The idea was to maintain a sense of disproportion—the thrust of the guitar versus the thinness of the synth drums—to create a natural sense of estrangement. It’s about how we listen: close-ups that capture nuances as part of a larger orchestra. I’m glad that in the studio with @simongmilner , we decided to use the layers of arrangement like cinematic close-ups!
