It’s always a great event to reconnect with people across the industry and be part of some genuinely good conversations around design, architecture, and materials. Our team are looking forward to hearing Tom Webster, architect and host of Grand Designs New Zealand, lead this year’s discussions.

If you’re heading along, come and say hello on the night.

One thing we’ve learnt is that specifying stone, or any material, early almost always leads to a better outcome. Not just visually, but technically too.

It allows more consideration around slab sizing, transitions, drainage, finishes and how indoor/outdoor flow works across a project. The end result tends to feel more resolved and intentional.

The best projects are usually the ones where materials aren’t treated as an afterthought.
