The dramatic snow in NY will be gone soon enough but I’ll be glad to revisit the surreality of this later in August. #snowappreciationpost

To the moon and back! The era-defining debut by @matthieu_blazy is obv one for the record books. There were, of course, many other exceptional shows this historic season (incl Dior, Versace, Jil Sander, Prada, Comme, Schiaparelli, and Miu Miu) but the gravitational pull of Chanel is inescapable.
Jonathan Anderson’s anticipated debut for @dior opened with this extraordinary film by Adam Curtis (shown here in 4 parts) on an inverted pyramid of a screen by Luca Guadagnino and Stefano Baisi.

T’s 2025 Culture issue celebrates a single country — Japan! — and its immeasurable impact on global culture. It’s pop meets mythology, from cuteness, fandom and food to monsters, fermentation and impermanence. Of course, there’s also the fashion and much, much more.
The five covers feature a mix of icons: 1) #godzilla in @tadanori_yokoo’s collaged artwork made exclusively for T, and images of provocateurs including 2) architects Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa of SANAA @sanaa_jimusho, 3) author and TV personality @mariekondo, 4) photographer @yasumasamorimura, and 5) artist Takashi Murakami @takashipom, each photographed by Piczo @picpicpiczo at various locations at night in Tokyo.
The cover stars are accompanied by a masked model wearing S/S25 looks from some of Japan’s legendary fashion houses including @yohjiyamamotoofficial, @noirkeininomiya, @isseymiyakeofficial, and @commedesgarcons, each styled by Shotaro Yamaguchi @sh0tar0y.
Also shown is a mini clip of our masked model in a look from @anrealage_official, as a teaser to @nickkharamis’s extensive survey of contemporary Japanese fashion designers.
Those #tmagazine stories and many others online now @nytimes and in print on April 27.
