It’s open flame Neapolitan style pizza, 15in pies and a couple regular favorites every week with a changing special special pizza.
If you havnt been out yet I’d love to see you! I usually have about 30-40 pies worth and sell out by around 8pm. Get theonline ordering if you want to pickup.

Seeing if this process works. It’s at least fun in process. Sped up 50x. And I can see the moment half way through when I realize my hands are fully covered in dried gel and gold. It’s an old image I love of @emmasyfrank from freefall 2015
