Friday 13th 2020 was the last day I worked in a studio! I came home that day thinking the Covid crisis would pass within the next few weeks and we would all go back to normality, and some parts of not having to commute were great, weekday golf and boozy lunches, however 6 years on I’m still working from home and it has become the most difficult part of my life! I have an amazing wife, son and friends but the solitude of being on my own in my garden studio (which I love) is so soul destroying and I’ve never felt loneliness like this. I hope to get out in the world working again some day soon. There has been some positives, mainly that I got to spend a lot more time with my ever growing son, we had some amazing adventures in those 1st few months. I’m sure there are others in the same position, so stay sane and safe. #mentalhealthawareness
