Last nights Billecart-Salmon Champagne Dinner was truly special. A rare opportunity to enjoy one of l'escale's infamous Wine Dinners al fresco, we took full advantage of the gorgeous weather. Guests enjoyed a seasonally paired 5 course tasting menu that perfectly complemented the iconic Champagne house while enjoying the sunset over the water. From 7 to 10 PM on Wednesday, March 25th, Bill’s Toupee Band delivers high-energy disco and classic soul that will keep the dance floor packed all evening. Between sets, guests will indulge in elegant food stations, curated wine selections and signature cocktail stations, all included as you dine, sip and celebrate in style.
