「跳格 — 香港國際舞蹈影像節」立足香港、連結亞洲，致力推動跨地域及跨媒介的影像藝術交流。本週末，「跳格」策展人葉奕蕾受邀赴臺南，出席由稻草人現代舞蹈團與臺南市立圖書館新總館舉辦之《翻外之章。閱讀舞影》活動，與當地藝術創作者及策展人展開深度對話。
交流期間，葉奕蕾將憑藉其身兼創作者與策展人的雙重視角，分享「跳格」的策展運作，特別是在舞蹈與電影邊界日益模糊的當下，探討如何透過策展，建構舞蹈影像的多元敘事。
‘Jumping Frames – Hong Kong International Movement-image Festival’, rooted in Hong Kong with a reach across Asia, is dedicated to promoting cross-regional and cross-media exchange in the art of the moving image. This weekend, ‘Jumping Frames’ curator Elysa Wendi has been invited to Tainan to participate in the 'Beyond the Page: A Chapter in Dance Film' event, hosted by the Scarecrow Contemporary Dance Company and Tainan Public Library (New Main Branch), to engage in an in-depth dialogue with local artists and curators.
During the exchange, Elysa will draw upon her dual perspective as both a creator and a curator to share the inner workings of Jumping Frames. Particularly in an era where the boundaries between dance and film are increasingly blurred, she will explore how curation can be used to construct diverse narratives within dance video.

2026 國際巡迴放映: 跳格香港國際舞蹈影像節 現已登陸美國 Ann Arbor 實驗電影節。我們榮幸呈獻由城市當代舞蹈團、西九文化區及 新加坡 Cinemovement 共同委約及製作的節目《舞影·混雙》。此系列作品橫跨紀錄片、虛構人像攝影及即興視覺實驗，並重新回到銀幕。

【#跳格2025 國際精選電影系列《造物》】International Feature Film Selection 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 🎥
當《Woyzeck》遇上《科學怪人》，當 Akram Khan 與英國國家芭蕾舞團聯手，便成就了一場悲壯而震撼人心的舞台作品。而當這個創作再遇上奧斯卡獲獎導演 Asif Kapadia，這段關於人性的故事被帶入電影鏡頭，以一種美得難以言喻的方式呈現眼前。
透過鏡頭，我們可以更細緻地觀察舞者的身體與律動，緊密的鏡頭視角讓觀眾更貼近角色的內心深處。動作的微細震盪、呼吸的節奏、身體在群眾與孤立之間的掙扎，都被放大，使作品原有的壓迫感更加鮮明。
在影像的介入下，《造物》亦被推向舞台之外的另一個層次：舞作不再僅僅依靠劇場空間與群體氣場，而是透過鏡頭語言建立出新的觀看邏輯。距離被改寫、焦點被重塑，舞者的身體變得更具雕塑性，而角色的心理線索亦被重新梳理。舞台上難以察覺的層次與細節，因影像而得以被重新看見。
經過這層轉化，《造物》不再只是大型舞台作品，而是一個擁有新表現形式的故事。影像讓作品的深度與層次被重新打開，也讓觀眾看到另一種關於人性的面貌。
When Woyzeck meets Frankenstein, and when Akram Khan joins forces with English National Ballet, the result is a work of dance that is both devastating and breathtaking. With the addition of Oscar-winning filmmaker Asif Kapadia, this story about human limits and emotional fragility enters the world of cinema, unfolding with a beauty that is difficult to put into words.
Through the camera, the dancers’ bodies and rhythms come into focus with a new level of clarity. The close-up framing draws the audience into the characters’ inner states, revealing small tremors, shifts in breath, and the struggle between connection and isolation. These details intensify the work’s sense of pressure and unease.
The film also moves Creature beyond the boundaries of the stage. The camera alters the perception of distance and redefines where attention is drawn. The dancers appear more sculptural, and the characters’ psychological currents become more immediate. Moments that might pass too quickly in a live performance reappear with unexpected precision.
With this transition into film, Creature becomes more than a large-scale stage production. It opens into a different artistic form, in which the layers of the work can be viewed in a new light. What emerges is another perspective on the body, and another way of looking at the human condition.

This year, Jumping Frames takes on the theme of "Time Machine," guiding us from 1900 to 2025 as we explore the intersection of performance creation and moving images across different mediums. In line with this year's theme, we deliberately used a film camera to capture the exciting moments of Jumping Frames 2025, imbuing the images with a unique texture through rough grain, light leaks, and raw tones.
While the screening at the Eaton HK has concluded, the international selected film series at the Broadway Cinematheque will begin tomorrow. 【#跳格2025 國際精選電影系列《博物館狂舞夜》】International Feature Film Selection 𝘿𝙪𝙀𝙄𝙨 🎥
相信每一個人在參觀博物館時，都曾想像過雕塑會不會在某個瞬間動起來。除了受電影《翻生侏羅館》的影響外，更重要的是雕塑本身往往栩栩如生，同時蘊含着巨大的能量，而《博物館狂舞夜》（DuEls）正是以舞蹈將這份能量重新釋放。
電影取景於以雕塑聞名的挪威奧斯陸維格蘭博物館（Vigeland Museum）。這座博物館亦是挪威國寶級藝術家Gustav Vigeland（1869–1943） 的起居與工作所在，許多雕塑作品均在此誕生。置身於這樣的場域，觀眾自然能感受到空間本身所承載的密度與力量。
2020 年，著名編舞Damien Jalet與Erna Ómarsdottir在博物館內創作並演出了《DuEls》的現場版本，讓雕塑的「靜」與舞蹈的「動」在同一空間中相互碰撞，形成作品最原始的張力。而舞者介乎「活體」與「雕塑」之間，以高度集中的身體語言打開兩者的界線。其後，瑞典導演 Jonas Åkerlund 將舞作拍攝成電影，以其獨特的鏡頭語言與剪接節奏，引領觀眾以另一種方式走入博物館——與雕塑同在同動，細察能量的流動。
《博物館狂舞夜》將於本周五「跳格香港國際舞蹈影像節」的「國際精選電影系列」中放映，立即購票感受這股巨大的舞動能量。

【#跳格2025 國際精選電影系列《三廳電影》】International Feature Film Selection 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙤 𝙃𝙖𝙡𝙡🎥
《三廳電影》誕生自2023年藝術家蘇匯宇在台灣當代藝術館的同名展覽。誠如藝術家於個展自述時所言：「這是一個電影／展覽（Cinematic Exhibition)，或其實就是一個影視生產場域。從分鏡手稿、製片會議、甄選、排練、武術指導、排舞、編曲乃至拍攝現場，都將是觀眾得以體驗的過程。最終，一支充滿尖銳議題與地獄梗的政治喜劇將在展覽尾聲誕生。」作品探討當代社會的複雜性、地緣政治的緊張，並揭露歷史製造的「背面」。影片結合展覽期間拍攝的影像，以綜藝節目形式為偽裝，再以長片模式上映，模糊了藝術媒介、手法與類型的定義。
𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙤 𝙃𝙖𝙡𝙡 is a satirical spectacle, drawing us into the orbit of two visual cultures at the ultimate crossroads of entertainment, escapism and ideology: the romances of the ‘Three Hall’ cinema of the 60s and 70s (made famous by Chiung Yao & Co) and the TV and variety shows of the 80s.
Originally conceived as a “cinematic exhibition” or “exhibition cinema” project at the Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei in 2023, the first Taiwanese feature film to be exhibited, filmed, and produced in a museum setting. Blurring the boundaries of artistic mediums and genres, this eccentric work combines variety-show aesthetics with feature-film storytelling.
