I don’t really have a ton of words to describe how special an experience this was for me. It was one big, cold blur! I am so grateful to be lucky enough to start the year in an amazing place with my favorite person @rachslick.

2022 is going to be a great year, friends, let’s manifest that destiny.

3 years ago to the day, @bryce_tsa and I held the first ever @usapowerlifting meet at @barbellbrigade for the @uscpowerlifting club. What a fun event that was! Makes me miss these guys.

Outrageously good times at @steamboatresort with some of my favorite people. Perfect weather all weekend long. Love you guys!

What a fun way to start a day! If you’ve ever wondered.. alpacas behave like weird dogs, they’re bizarre and hilarious.

My new friend Alan was very excited for the little red bucket of grains 😂

My dude @jonjagsnee took some sweet photos and videos of myself and Riley for @bossdogbrand a couple of weeks ago. I am super happy with how these turned out. Check out Jags’ other work as he usually takes photos of things much cooler than me 🙃

I am so proud to have been a part of this past weekend’s events at @lifttogether4charity. Collectively we were able to raise over $27,000!

This giant group of athletes and coaches all came out of their own pockets to fly out to Colorado for this event and participate in something really special. I am grateful to have been among them. Not everyone is pictured here - the gang was gigantic! Got to see lots of my old friends and made a few new ones as well. Sorry for the tag limit for those of you un-tagged here ❤️

Day 1 of @lifttogether4charity was awesome. We raised over $2000 for suicide prevention and awareness. Highlight of the day for me was this event where I got to watch @pizzabloat ball out and hit 500lbs for 41 (FORTY ONE!) reps. So awesome to see technicians crush it. Day 2 is underway now! Check us out on @lsmcclain’s twitch!
