Today I went to the New York statehouse to lobby for Cecilia’s Act in coalition with @oldprosonline @decrimny @decrimsexwork @equalitynewyork @maketheroadny @woodhullfreedom @theishtarcollective and many others 🤍 Cecilia’s Act would decriminalize s3x work in New York. Named for Cecilia Gentili, activist, mother of the movement, icon, who shaped this law and dedicated her life to the community and movement.

Tag your elected officials to let them know their constituents support us 🌻

The next lobby day is May 20th with @ashnewyorkstate Coalition, fighting for harm reduction. If you’re in New York and want to come find more info at @ashnewyorkstate.

New workshop just added! Join us on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the Zena Cornfield for Water Element Qigong, presented by @gentlemothh . This gathering will be an opportunity to tap into your vitality and deepen your connection to the rhythms of nature through mindful movement and breath. Free! Sign up via the link in our bio.

During the workshop we’ll attune ourselves to the Fontayne Kill, the stream that runs through Zena Cornfield, deepening our awareness of the water element as it relates to life and vitality.

The class will offer gentle movement and breath-led practice designed to support nervous system regulation. Participants are invited to move with the qualities of water, cultivating softness, strength, and continuity through practice.
No prior qigong experience required.

This class welcomes those seeking a grounded practice for cultivating harmony with self and environment.45 minute Practice, 5 minutes for arrivals, 15 minutes for post practice integration and connection. No equipment needed, but if you would like something to stand on, feel free to bring a mat or blanket.

I invested so much in my virtual qigong studio partly because it’s work that I can do from anywhere in the world. It’s so satisfying to see the dream in action. I taught classes from Lisbon and Orvieto this week! And got to share fresh ideas I had from traveling.

Being in transit always unlocks parts of me, and now I get to share that through my studio 🤍
