Sun is out hallelujah.🌞✨

The ground in our tent was too water logged when we arrived but luckily the sun came out just as the bride arrived! The wonderful vendor team we worked with made everything look so dreamy and magical. The guests had fun with the props and added prints in a book for the couple. I’m so glad the flooding subsided enough for us to open the booth and be a part of this amazing reception with multiple musical performances! 🎹🎶✨

We got to meet lots of adorable dogs at this event for Hawaii Fido, a non-profit that trains service dogs to assist children and adults with mobility disabilities.

We angled our camera down and added a platform to make sure the dogs were in the frame. We’re Megan and Tom, the creative duo behind FlashLab. Last July we took over the business from Aerin and Emili who started the company in 2011. 💜✨

FlashLab is turning 15 years old this month! We’re grateful for the systems, design, relationships, and clientele established by our founders and everyone who has supported our business over the years. The foundation we received and our creative backgrounds allow us to run FlashLab confidently with the same care and attention to detail plus our own flair. 📸✨

Tom and I moved to Oahu from Boulder, Colorado to run FlashLab. In our free time, we like to swim, surf, trail run, ski, watch movies, go to concerts, and travel abroad and to see our families in Michigan and New Hampshire. In February, we traveled to Japan and explored multiple cities in the country. 🌎✨

We both have creative backgrounds in fashion, printing, photography, and design so running our photo booth company is fulfilling and rewarding. It’s hard work and a lot goes on behind the scenes and during setup but it’s all worth it seeing guests enjoy themselves and leave with beautiful prints. J&P’s wedding at @halekulanihotel was an epic party and the food and hotel staff were phenomenal! The party centered around our photo booth when the bride and groom took silly fun pics with all of their friends and family.
