🗓️ This World Dance Day, we are celebrating the groundbreaking production "Gentleman Jack", winner of the FEDORA - VAN CLEEF & ARPELS Dance Prize 2025, led by @northernballet, and co-produced by Finnish National Opera and Ballet @oopperabaletti.We are delighted to share our interview with @annabellelopezochoa, Choreographer of “Gentleman Jack”, and Federico Bonelli @fbonelliuk, Artistic Director of @northernballet.

🏳️‍🌈 Based on the coded diaries of 19th-century icon Anne Lister, "the first modern lesbian", "Gentleman Jack" brings a landmark queer narrative to the heart of the ballet stage.

Beyond technique, beyond repertoire, beyond borders, the initiative has revealed itself as a deeply human journey, one rooted in encounter, trust and shared growth.

🎨 @mileneguermont was recently given a Carte Blanche at the @grandpalais_immersif, showcasing 20 years of her groundbreaking work in sculpture, light, and sensory innovation, from concrete feathers to vibrating, tactile installations made of experimental videos of her Polysensual Concrete.

💫 Her project "SUBLIME DAILY LIFE", shortlisted for the FEDORA Digital Prize 2025, transforms everyday gestures, sounds, and movements into an immersive artistic experience.
