Parham Galamdar /// From AI War Propaganda to the Pink Rifle Parade (6:30pm)
Beginning with a screening of Angels Donโt Die in Multiplayer (2025), a video essay which echoes the visual noise of the 12-day US-Iran war, this artist talk extends the filmโs argument to April 2026, when Iran staged a public parade of women linked to the Basij militia. These events are framed as a hyperstitional loop in which synthetic images train desire, fear, and loyalty.
Wassim Z. Alsindi /// Towards a Counter-Politics of Computation (7:30pm)
Cyberspace once beckoned as a new frontier, a zone of anarchic promise where technological cultures promised a radical exit from authority. In the decades since, this utopian horizon appears to have vanished. This talk by Wassim Z. Alsindi, founder of 0x Salon, will trace the metamorphosis of the liberatory myths of the early โ90s cypherpunks into todayโs techno-authoritarian moment. Can we concoct strategies with which to reclaim our lost futures, through a re-evaluation of our contemporary relationships with imagination, technology, and power?
Maggie Roberts /// Science Fiction as Method: Imagination, Rupture and OctopusAI (8:30pm)
Maggie Roberts has explored the boundaries of machine and human vision throughout her artistic career, mostly as the collaborative artist 0rphan Drift, founded in 1994. Here she will present recent projects that consider AI through the somatic tendencies of the octopus โ a distributed, many-minded consciousness. Interspecial perspectives open possibilities for inhabiting other systems of perception, navigating communication with alien intelligences, and addressing the limits of human exceptionalism.
Kat Macdonald /// Micro-Publics (9:30pm)
This performance lecture by sound artist Kat MacDonald will discuss the revolutionary potential of radio technologies, tracing the rhizomatic political intentions of the mini-FM movement in 1980s Japan. Kat will interpret the movement through Deleuze and Guattariโs concept of a โmolecular revolutionโ, building a participatory radio installation from publicly accessible frequencies throughout the duration of the performance.

Betti Marenko /// The Power of Maybes: Machines, Uncertainty and Design Futures (6:30pm)
This talk by Dr. Betti Marenko explores uncertainty as a mode of resistance to the reductive logic of algorithmic systems. As planetary computation translates life into calculable data, experience becomes governed through prediction and the erosion of ambiguity. Yet intelligent machines themselves produce unknowability, revealing uncertainty as a condition at the core of computation.
Nella Piatek & Melissa Schwarz /// ULTRA/INFRAstructures: Landscapes of Capitalism (7:30pm)
Industrial and computational infrastructures are not neutral technological developments, but ideological systems that reorganise agency, ecology, and temporality under capitalism. Through postindustrial landscapes and contemporary data infrastructures, this performance lecture by artists Nella Piatek and Melissa Schwarz explores how modernity continuously imposes alien architectures while simultaneously producing myths of progress.
Sonia Bernac /// Synthetic Disobedience: Misalignment, Mood, and Incommensurability in Complex Artificial Systems (8:30pm)
This talk by artist and researcher Sonia Bernac challenges the assumption that systemic alignment guarantees ethical or risk-free operation in multimodal AI systems. Building on the concept of the Uncanny Ridge, Bernac investigates complex synthetic infrastructures in which excessive alignment suppresses variation and contributes to model collapse. These ideas are explored through Polymorph, an experimental AI system.
Zein Majali /// would u still love me if i was a swarm? (9:30pm)
Zein Majali is a sound and visual artist whose work explores the collision of technology with a rapidly evolving political landscape. Blending simulation film with found footage and a live score, this AV performance spans shadow systems, high frequency trading bots, vigilantism, and current clashes at the border of Jordan and Palestine. The work multiplies and evolves through subsequent iterations, a feature of Majaliโs work in sound, image and sentiment.

Coming soon @ Alt_R: Xeno Futurism @xeno_futurism and Gossamer Fog @gossamerfog invite you to In/Human Infrastructures: a three-day critical technologies symposium, exhibition, and screening programme.
* Tickets via link in bio
Unfolding across the bank holiday weekend (22-24 May), the symposium will feature a free exhibition and film screenings during the day, followed by a programme of lectures, performances, and workshops each evening.
Moving beyond academic posturing and hype-cycle sloptimism, the symposium aims to establish a communal contact zone where artists, theorists, and technologists can transfer the tactical skills and operational knowledge needed to navigate an era of accelerating technological capture and uncertain autonomy.

It will be a big night on Friday the 8th of May, not to be missed! Three galleries at Enclave are opening new shows including @studio.chapple with โMay god leave us poorโ, the first solo exhibition in the UK by Samir Laghouati-Rashwan. Kicking off at 6pm!
The exhibition concludes a year-long research period carried out in Houston during his residency at Villa Albertine. His research, โSlowness as a Resistanceโ - which drives the exhibition - considers slowness as a potential form of resistance to hyper-productivity and capitalist dynamics through the slab car community and DJ Screwโs sound practice in Houston.
At the centre of the exhibition is his film โNight on MLK BLVDโ. Using footage from nighttime slab car shows in the streets of Houston, he created an experimental film whose editing draws on the methods DJ Screw used in his music. Surrounding the film is a series of images displayed inside audio cassette cases. The exhibition is a site for experimenting with slowness, a place for sharing and exchange; drifting and daydreaming.
This exhibition is supported by Institut Franรงais du Royaume-Uni, with additional support from Mรฉcรจnes du Sud and Fondation des Artistes.

๐๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐, a solo show by Melle Nieling (@mellenieling) curated by Fiona Ye ( @campfiiion )
Join them for the opening event Friday 8 May 18:00 - 21:00
What happens when fidelity and realism are completely destabilised by noise and dispersion? Is there still room for revelation and irony in our capacity to know?
Expanding from the artistโs ongoing explorations of infrastructure, authenticity, and value, Bliss Point marks @mellenielingโs first solo show in London. This exhibition presents a new body of work and a large-scale site-specific installation that considers opacity as a material and tactic of artistic production, with a particular focus on post-truth politics and mechanisms of authority.
Exhibition Dates:
9 May โ 27 June
Fridays & Saturdays 12 โ 6pm
This exhibition was made possible through the generous support of the Vane-Fairweather Foundation
