This Women’s History Month, we proudly recognize our female partners who have made invaluable contributions to the RPM Phase One Project, including Victoria Anderson, an apprentice with Meade Electric through Local 9. At first, Victoria did not realize the trades could offer women a fulfilling career path. Today, she’s proud of the path she chose and hopes to inspire more young girls to see the trades as a future full of possibility. #CTARPM
