Actual time lapse this time, sketched over a couple days. 🙃
Used a 0.3 mm staedtler mars matic rapidograph pen.
Major flail fest but finally got it with go-pro knockoff brand, bad cables, corrupted files and weird glitchy hiccups. Prob took longer to edit than to draw 😆
Hopefully, I got it figured it out for the next round.
The late, great Tom Cherry (1st AC) said this once in a Facebook post. I think about it all the time. There’s soul in our craft, and It makes me love my job more. Here’s hoping we all get back to work soon 💞

6 years ago today was the infamous COVID lockdown on Friday the 13th. I was on Resident Alien, and the name of the episode we were filming on that day was entitled, “End of the World As We Know It”.

I had the immense privilege to work with the legendary Robert Redford on “Old Man and the Gun”. He was kind, laid back, never in a hurry. It was a really a love letter to his incredible career that had shaped the industry into what it is today. I am forever grateful for my experience working with him. Rest in Peace 💔

Taking my camera out more and getting to be a tourist in my own city. Going on long walks has been helpful during this extended waiting period without work. I hope to see your faces on set again real soon.

Today, I watched some curious baby ducklings go to check out a frog in the reeds and get spooked when it croaked. It was ridiculously adorable. One of them got a tired of exploring and took a lil rest on a lily pad.
