3D printing captures the imagination with the possibility of making the digital tangible. The goal was to represent this and celebrate the craftiness and creativity of an engaging hobby that sits at the intersection of the art and technology communities on YouTube.

Artistic direction for @justdancegame🕺🎉

Almost two years ago, I was contacted by the teams at Lamachinerie.tv to work on the artistic direction for a character + a map (day and night versions) for the 2025 edition of @justdancegame - from @ubisoft.

It was presented with the challenge of bringing a fairly original artistic direction that was detached from traditional human models. It was interesting to come up with lots of ideas using sketches, and to understand what they were looking for among a variety of proposals.

Huge thanks to the teams at @ulfprod and @supamonksstudio : they brought the character to life with their outstanding rigging work and all the adjustments needed to make everything work in the game. It was a real pleasure to collaborate with them, thank you for the opportunity and this amazing work ❤️
