Introducing Yixuan Zhao (pronounced: Ee-Suen): Founder of Apple Sewing Club
Yixuan is a Fashion Industry Veteran. She graduated with a MFA and BFA in Fashion from Fashion Institute of Technology and Savannah College of Art and Design.
She was born in Harbin, China; although she grew up in Ningbo, Beihai, and Victoria, BC, Canada. Her multi-cultural background makes her a unique advocate, embracing philosophy from both East Asia and North America.
Her ethos of “anti-fashion” approach to design has attracted International recognition. She wants to revolutionize the way we think about apparel, accessories and interior.
Anyone can sew!!!
