16 SOUNDSCAPES is a field recording collection officially released by @biodiversita_records that includes ‘Quichè, a soundwalk recorded in October 2022 within the Guatemalan territory of Sololá, on the shores of the enormous volcanic lake Atitlán. Scenes of apparent calm alternated with dark atmospheres close by the banks of the great waterhole, surrounded by Mayan villages and total wilderness.A small tribute to a place that embraces different elements in a gentle succession of mountains, forests and water, where rain and wind alternate in a soft, cadenced dance. - Link in bio -

16 SOUNDSCAPES is a field recording collection officially released by @biodiversita_records that includes ‘Quichè, a soundwalk recorded in October 2022 within the Guatemalan territory of Sololá, on the shores of the enormous volcanic lake Atitlán. Scenes of apparent calm alternated with dark atmospheres close by the banks of the great waterhole, surrounded by Mayan villages and total wilderness.A small tribute to a place that embraces different elements in a gentle succession of mountains, forests and water, where rain and wind alternate in a soft, cadenced dance. - Link in bio -
