The Orb will be playing live, celebrating 35 years of their ‘Adventures Beyond The Ultraworld’ Album. I will be playing cave jazz, pothole dub, blue john ambient and generally bouncing strange noises off those cave walls. Doors 7pm-10pm, Last few tickets from @_inter1or_

Admission is 14+ (14 - 17 year olds to be accompanied with a responsible adult aged 18+)

Stereo Mc’s formed in the mid 80’s, inspired by electronic music and early HipHop. They pressed up their first 12” vinyl and started an independent record label called G Street Records which released many UK hip hop artists and signed US acts such as Jungle Brothers. Over the years the group have toured with De La Soul, Living Colour, A Certain Ratio and Happy Mondays.

Expect a night of fan favourites, including: Connected and Step it Up!!

Peak Cavern - “The Devil’s Arse” has the largest cave entrance in Britain. Previous guests include Richard Hawley, The Vaccines, John Cooper Clarke, Kim Wilde, Jarvis Cocker & 808 State

All our concerts are held in the main Cavern Entrance Chamber which is classed as an Open-Air Venue. It is essentially outside but with a huge cave roof protecting you from the elements, a venue like no other ....

Manchester based Andy Carthy aka Mr. Scruff began as a 12-year-old bedroom DJ and producer in 1984, inspired by two-tone, reggae, electro, hip-hop, boogie, early house and ‘80s megamixes.

Over the years his obsessive and curious ear has latched onto many more styles, driven by the desire to bring more and more wonderful sounds into the mix, both in the club and the recording studio.

Stereo Mc’s formed in the mid 80’s, inspired by electronic music and early HipHop. They pressed up their first 12” vinyl and started an independent record label called G Street Records which released many UK hip hop artists and signed US acts such as Jungle Brothers . Shortly after they signed to Island/4th and Broadway records and released their first LP and and toured extensively as a live act , garnering a reputation on multi tours and festivals . Their 3rd LP connected released in 1992 became a worldwide hit and the song connected became a classic tune.

Another round of sold out shows with Heaven 17 .. it’s time for a party!! 🎉 🤝

System 7’s Steve Hillage and Miquette Giraudy have had a strong influence on the birth of psychedelic dance music and its journey up to the present.

Forging a unique and bang up-to-date identity on the genre map, in a space where techno, ambient and trance meet. With the added ingredient of Steve’s celebrated psychedelic techno guitar, System 7 reach into their rich ambient and dance catalogue, blended with some new tunes, to create a powerful and exhilarating live set that will take everyone to a higher level.
