We focused on creating mood with a lighter colorstory and darker shadows, bringing to life a romantic European style, pulling in many textures and layers to create depth and dimension. The details in the florals, paper goods, and textiles were painterly and colorfully muted with a palette of apricot, blush, mauve, soft buttery yellow, peach, and dusty blue with pops of chartreuse and oxblood.

With that old world dark romance style in mind, we carefully selected an incredible list of pieces from the wood table to the old and mismatched chairs to the vintage lace runner. We curated crystal glassware, handmade earthenware plates, vintage mother of pearl silverware, and a frayed, raw-edge napkin for every placesetting.

Florals were soft and delicate, but with a fullness. With dainty blooms like butterfly ranunculus, hellebore, lisianthus, sweet peas, and poppies, the arrangements had a whimsical touch about them.
