Anzeige / Ich dachte, mein Rad passt schon ganz gut.

Außer mein Sattel - denn das war immer mein Hauptproblem - dachte ich.

Nach dem Fitting bei @sqlab - Neue Sitzposition, richtiger Sattel, keine Sitzcreme mehr nötig, und Cleats und alles was man so falsch einstellen kann endlich passend auf mich abgestimmt. Und das vor den 1.100 km durch Deutschland 🥹 besser geht’s nicht!

Ich fahre seit drei Jahren auf sportlichen Rädern und ein Thema was mich und viele andere beschäftigt, sind Schmerzen oder Taubheitsgefühl…. 😮‍💨
Ich bin super froh jetzt auch mit @sqlab zusammenzuarbeiten und hier auf enormes Wissen zurückgreifen zu können und das ab jetzt auch mit euch zu teilen. Ein wichtiges Learning von dem Tag: lasst eure Sitzhöcker vermessen und benutzt keinen Standardsattel! Ärsche sind wie Füße - individuell und deshalb braucht es individuelle Sattel. Es gibt verschiedene Breiten und wenn ihr dann die richtige Breite habt, dann sitzt ihr auch besser und quetscht nichts ab👌
