Step inside our latest historic downtown Charleston renovation — a home where old character meets a new chapter.

This project was a full transformation. From completely gutting the kitchen and bathrooms to thoughtfully updating multiple rooms throughout the house, every corner was reimagined with intention. We even added a third bathroom to bring modern function to a historic space.

The result is a home that feels timeless, a little moody, and undeniably Charleston — the kind of place where history lives in the walls, but comfort lives in every detail
