FROM MY CHURCH MIND

I had penned down a beautiful letter to Mummy Sarah Omakwu of the Family Worship Center Abuja Nigeria, a woman I so adore and respect deeply.
Not only is she one of my female pastor mentors, she’s also one I draw strenght from.
It is a very simple,respectful, Christian-toned piece that made my concerns clear. It is bereft of combative or insulting words as is typical of me.
But I don’t know what is restraining me.

Holy Spirit is this you or is it emotion laced in respect that’s holding me back?

That piece was meant to be my only post today; From my church mind.

Today in church we raised our voices in prayer for Nigeria 🇳🇬
We pleaded for mercy as we declaredjudgement in the camp of all our troublers.

We did not end there, we raised an offering for the displaced citizens in the North and the middle belt.
Not one to lead from behind, my pastor, Bishop David O. Abioye and his wife opened the floor with a big seed.
Everybody gave as the Lord enabled them.
I am posting the account details here incase you wish to key into this project and bless those who desperately need our help and intervention right now.

Counterterrorism Operation Against ISIS senior leader, Abu-Bilal Al-Manuki

Overnight, Nigeria and the United States recorded a significant example of effective collaboration in the fight against terrorism.

Our determined Nigerian Armed Forces, working closely with the Armed Forces of the United States, conducted a daring joint operation that dealt a heavy blow to the ranks of the Islamic State.

Early assessments confirm the elimination of the wanted IS senior leader, Abu-Bilal Al-Manuki, also known as Abu-Mainok, along with several of his lieutenants, during a strike on his compound in the Lake Chad Basin

Nigeria appreciates this partnership with the United States in advancing our shared security objectives. I extend my sincere gratitude to President Trump for his leadership and unwavering support in this effort.

I commend the personnel involved on both sides for their professionalism and courage, and I look forward to more decisive strikes against all terrorist enclaves across the nation.
