If you’ve ever ordered anything from Haptic Lab, a Persian artist was involved. Our website, print materials, quilt labels, custom embroidery, coat models, kite packer, sales rep… I’m in awe of the many, many Iranian collaborators I’ve had through the years here in NYC. You know who you are. I love you. And I am beyond grief watching this senseless war play out. The Iranian people have been tortured by a regime for two generations and are now victims of blind American aggression. Please, call your congressional leaders and beg them to rein in this madman 💔

We started work on the next round of banners today. I’m transforming my in-laws antique christening gown into something special ✂️🕊️my dear friend @golnar.adili reminded me that children are the opposite of war 🤍

It took me months just to design and map out the contours of each range! Only 6 quilts of each design were made 🏔️ #hapticlab
