Try making MOLLETES. If you’re making them simple, we love thick bread of your choice, refried beans spread on, a small knob of butter, sliced tasty cheese. Slam that in the oven until the cheese melts, finishing off under the grill jf you like it browned. Then slide onto a plate and top with an abundance of PICO DE GALLO: tomatoes, onions, coriander, lime juice, salt, chilliesssss, avocado mixed up - oh and we like to put a couple of cloves of garlic. Just DIVINE ❤️🔥•
