This is why my version of artist development is built around mindset work. When the mindset is right, you can do the rest… Deal with the rest… When the mindset is not right, it doesn’t matter what your talent level is, or what your skill sets are, you won’t be mentally able to handle the downs, the waiting, the rejection, disappointment, the people that switch up. It all comes with this journey though.
