To celebrate Beltane, we adorned ourselves with dew-misted gypsophila flower crowns,
🧠 we unblocked our brains with the world's leading beauty neuroscientist @doctorclaudia in a 3-part writing segment 🖊️
🌼we hand-crafted a Beltane helichrysum fertility flower mist
♉️ we created a Taurus season mood regulation protocol following the teachings of Culpeper's Complete Herbal.

🤝 But perhaps the best was when we laughed, talked and connected around the ancient themes of fire, flowers and ancestral circles.

🖊️ 🌿 Guests received a writing quill, a neroli-scented ink making tutorial and personalised herbal advice for cognition, maternal health, heart health, stress management and skin optimisation by @bellanesselrode.
