This has been a long time coming…

I’ve been an indie artist for a few years now (since 2023) and I’ve always struggled with promoting my music. At first it was difficult to hear my own playback because I wasn’t confident in my voice, then I was insecure about the overall sound of my music, and then I felt embarrassed because I only have 4 songs released so I felt weird promoting the same 4 songs over and over again. Once I got over all those mental hurdles, I found myself still struggling to promote my music and I didn’t understand why, until I realized I didn’t like the LOOK of my songs.

Thought was definitely put into my cover art, but it was way too much. I struggled with overthinking the art so much, that eventually I just had to “pick something” in order to allow my song to release on time. What I needed to do was add my heart into what I was designing.

It started with finishing the lyric video for IDK and then turned into me creating brand new cover art for 3/4 of my songs and I love the way they turned out 🥹 I played each song in the background on repeat while I was creating and I feel that not only do these images fit the song better, but they fit ME in general :)
