We’re delighted to present “Manara”, a two-track EP by @_okaro & @theramble_
Manara marks the first collaboration between the two artists, bringing together two distinct yet complementary approaches to electronic music.
Rooted in techno but expanding beyond its boundaries, the EP blends groove-driven percussion and sustained melodic elements with moments of raw, atmospheric intensity. It reflects a meeting point between Okaro’s organic, off-grid rhythmic and melodic language, shaped by a strong sense of progression, and The Ramble’s early-2000s-influenced techno sound.
Across its two tracks, the EP unfolds through contrast in groove, rhythm, and melodic direction. Illumination leans into a more house-oriented direction, built around warm, organic grooves, chopped vocals, and a bright, driving feel. Manara, on the other hand, moves into a deeper, more raw techno space, where atmosphere, tension, and melodic progression take center stage.
