My art is my voice and this voice was nurtured by my father. It was my late father who taught me the importance of freedom of speech, dissent and use ofart to communicate ideas while growing up in a war torn state amidst bomb blasts, curfews and blackouts.

Peeling callus emotions.
Weathering mercurial hides.
The hull has got tough
withstanding both...
Majestic and diabolical tides
Shy and scared
Of the vast waterless sea
Of the constant dissociations
A war child.
Broken underneath.
But a rare tone has rung this time
A good conflict
To defy the shackles of these happenings
And stare into the arcane eyes...
In that moment.
For, it is the last glimpse of an unfinished anecdote
The last walk with lost smiles
A mimed play.
Expressions wording his mute emotions... We shall meet again.
In the heart of another mesmerising evening,
