The show features 100 35mm photo-portraits of Ukrainian soldiers, captured during Stanislava’s time as the Official War Artist of Australia in 2023.
It was a privilege to contribute to this project with such amazing vision from @stanislava__pinchuk , honoured to be involved in such a powerful concept to produce 100 stainless steel frames to house these images.
The work reimagines the tradition of daguerreotype portraiture through a contemporary lens — reflecting on war, memory, and the politics of visibility.
