@ferrari hasn't made a manual V12 car in over 10 years, but the latest 12Cilindri might break that cycle. ⁠

According to an article by The Supercar Blog, Ferrari is expected to launch a manual transmission-version of the latest 12Cilindri. The post continues to explain that Ferrari will more than likely limit the production numbers of this edition, and therefore it will be highly selective of its customers, like its other low production and special edition models.⁠

Manual transmission Ferraris are rare enough as it is, as the brand has moved away from them more than 10 years prior. The last V12 Ferrari to release was the 599 GTB Fiorano which came in both dual clutch and a six-speed manual gearbox. The latter of which was so low in demand that the company only ever made 30 of them, making it one of the rarest and thus most coveted Ferraris in modern history. Chances are, a manual 12Cilindri will follow this trend, especially if Ferrari will be highly selective of its clientele.⁠

The manual 12Cilindri is expected to be announced during the annual Ferrari Cavalcade happening on June 29.⁠

The @lotuscars motto has always been "Simplify, then add lightness," and the latest Emira 420 Sport adopts this strategy head on.⁠

Lotus has introduced the Emira 420 Sport, the lightest and "most powerful Emira yet" according to the brand. The 420 features the same 2.0L turbocharged engine but now makes 420 PS (415 hp), a bump up from the standard's 400. 0-62mph went from 4.4s to 3.9s. ⁠

A key addition to the 420 Sport is the optional Lightweight Handling Pack, which reduces vehicle weight by 25kg (~55 lbs.) and adds 25kg of downforce, as well as new two-way adjustable Multimatic dampers and a titanium exhaust. There's some exterior revisions to optimize aerodynamics as well, along with better brake cooling and outboard radiator airflow. Lotus also introduced a new glass roof panel on this model, but is extending it to all of the trims as well, making the Emira an open-top experience moving forward.⁠

Pricing for the Emira 420 Sport begins at £105,900 GBP in the UK, €129,900 EUR in Europe, and $122,900 USD in the US. Orders will begin shipping in August.⁠

From the iPhone to the Prancing Horse. 🐎 In close partnership with Jony Ive, Apple’s former Chief Design Officer, @ferrari has officially unveiled its first-ever EV. Meet the Luce! ⚡️

A collaboration with LoveFrom, the creative studio led by Ive and Marc Newsom, the Luce strips back conventional EV design elements in favor of a highly distilled, industrial minimalism — a direct reflection of Ive’s legendary tenure at Apple, where he shaped the sleek visual language of the iPhone, iMac, and Apple Watch.

The final result is an aerodynamic and seamless “glass house” shell, wrapped around a quad-motor, 1,050-horsepower engine The “simplified and rationalized” package also arrives with an unprecedented five-seat configuration

The Ferrari Luce drops in Q4 of 2026 for European markets, with a US rollout scheduled for the second quarter of 2027 via official Ferrari retailers.

Over the past two weekends, Hypedrive officially made its Asia debut at Taikoo Li Julong Wan Guangzhou, bringing a full-on celebration of automotive culture to the city.

The event featured eight distinct sports cars on display alongside dedicated booths curated by various creative collectives. @nissan and @nismo are blessing their international customers with official NISMO Omori Factory "performance centers."⁠

NISMO Performance Centers, the first of which is opening in Australia, represents a major expansion for the brand outside of Japan, providing local owners and automotive enthusiasts with enhanced access to authentic performance products and factory expertise. Additionally since the center operates as a direct link to the legendary NISMO Omori Factory in Japan, its staff can support advanced vehicle restoration programs as well. ⁠

Beyond the center itself, factory-certified NISMO Meisters will assist customers directly with requests and services. Through a phased rollout in the near future, the centers are designed to offer a comprehensive suite of resources, including authentic NISMO performance parts, heritage parts, restoration support, and technical expertise. Additionally, local enthusiasts will gain access to official merchandise and curated customer experiences, to bring the support full circle back to the drivers. ⁠
