I worked on a project called "Sealed" with Zeeworld and MultiChoice Talent Factory as a Film Colourist.

The short film addresses the harmful practice of Female Genital Mutilation in parts of Western Africa.

Storytelling techniques like foreshadowing and flashback, it portrays the consequences of this tradition on girls' lives and later marriages.

The goal is to raise awareness about the issue and highlight the lack of education among its practitioners.

I worked on My First Feature Film as a Film Colorist 🎨🎨and it is buzzing on Showmax.

Titled Grown, It is centred around Teenagehood and Adult responsibility: a spoiled teenager resentful of her mother's desires to be an adult then wakes up grown overnight. Now she must fight to be young again, battling unprepared adulthood responsibilities and finding understanding within.

It was an amazing moment creating this, from the pre-, Shoot, and Post-Production stages.

The Color Grading process felt longer, first I never expected Color Grading a feature film to take so long 😄.
I want to give a shout-out to @stedicolor, the little bit of info about file grouping and same node structure, really helped my workflow🤝
Thanks to the clear vision of the two amazing Directors @empresstheactor and @nakeddirector_, we worked together to craft the look of the film.

I worked on My First Feature Film as a Film Colorist 🎨🎨and it is buzzing on Showmax.

Titled Grown, It is centred around Teenagehood and Adult responsibility: a spoiled teenager resentful of her mother's desires to be an adult then wakes up grown overnight. Now she must fight to be young again, battling unprepared adulthood responsibilities and finding understanding within.

It was an amazing moment creating this, from the pre-, Shoot, and Post-Production stages.

The Color Grading process felt longer, first I never expected Color Grading a feature film to take so long 😄.

I just stumbled across my goals that I wrote down two years ago, and in a span of six months, Multichoice Talent Factory brought them into being.
