Alitas de pollo gochujang 🌶️ 🔥 🥵
⛔️ PILAS ⛔️
⚠️ SALSA PICANTE ⚠️
Ingredientes
-1.5 kg de Alitas de pollo
-15 gramos de Sal
-5 gramos de Salsa de pescado
-100 gramos gochujang
-20 gramos salsa soya
-50 gramos miel de abejas
-10 gramos mantequilla
Para la salsa
1. Mezcle el gochujang, salsa soya, miel de abejas y mantequilla en una olla y caliente hasta que todo esté incorporado y derretido.
2. Mantenga caliente hasta servir o refrigere rápidamente y guarde para otro momento.
Para las alitas
1. marinar las alitas con la sal y la salsa de pescado durante una hora.
2. Prender el carbón hasta que todo este rojo y se haya convertido en brasa.
3. Dejar que se caliente la parrilla antes de empezar a poner las alitas.
4. Dar vuelta a las alitas hasta que estén doradas y terminar con la tapa puesta para que ahúmen y cojan más sabor.
5. Mientras sigan calientes, con la salsa también caliente mezcle las alitas.
6. Termine con un poco de ajonjolí negro y llame a todo el mundo a la mesa! 🔥
