Rain clouds rolled in, but so did so much love✨
Madeleine & Wilber embraced every moment of their elegant garden-party inspired wedding day with joy, laughter, and hearts wide open. From the quiet in-between moments to the dance floor celebrations, this day was proof that a little rain only makes the memories feel even more magical!

We get a lot of questions about our weather policy here at District Strings! Summer in DC is no joke, and if we play in conditions that are too hot and humid, this is what can happen to our instruments 👆🏻🫠
If your event is outdoors this summer, make sure you have an alternate location for your musicians, and consider moving indoors if the heat index approaches 90. Trust us, your guests will also appreciate it.
*no cellos were permanently harmed in the making of this post! Thanks to our sorceress at @annapolisviolins for putting Erin’s cello back together so beautifully!*
POV: clients chose a fantastic set list for their baby shower celebration! It’s a beautiful day for a party at Decatur House! #stringquartet #dcevents #dcweddingmusicians
