Laurel is a floral designer, an avid paddle player, gardener, and one of the craftiest people we know. She can personalize just about anything and always brings such a thoughtful creative touch to what she does.

She’s also married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mom of two young adults.

One of our favorite things about our team is how different everyone is, yet how beautifully everyone’s talents come together. Laurel brings so much warmth, creativity, and joy to our space, and we’re so grateful she’s part of it.

What a fun day. Our May 1st floral workshop was everything we hoped for: a room full of wonderful people, gorgeous spring blooms, and some seriously delicious bites from @fortheloveoffoodevents . Huge thank you for the crudité, charcuterie, and dessert boards. They were absolutely delicious.

Every guest left with their own arrangement, vessel and all, plus the skills to keep designing at home. Honestly, watching everyone slow down, get their hands in the flowers, and find their own rhythm is the whole reason we love hosting these here in our building on Chicago’s North Shore.
