Went to Turkey. Got wrecked.
.
.
.
What a fantastic experience to explore the Paris II shipwreck, a French warship that was sunk off the Kemer coast in 1917 during WWI.

Visibility was poor with a bit of current and a lot of debris... but, if anything, this added to the almost haunting atmosphere, drifting over a vast, 100 year-old ghost, 30 metres beneath the sea.

If you're in the Kemer/Antalaya region, it's well worth getting wet for!Chat to @divingkemer
or @divingantalya for details.

Under Down Under!

A few favourites from a recent trip to Australia's East Coast.

Diving Fish Rock Cave with @southwestrocksdive was a huge highlight with nurse sharks, wobbegongs galore, nudibranchs and turtles.

My dive at Port Stephens with @squidsdiveco just so happened to be the day when the coral was spawning - truly bizarre.Lots of lovely critters too.

I can recommend both dive shops for a first class experience.

We've been working with @movember_uk on a few projects this month (now our 15th year of collaboration on campaigns). A couple of weeks ago, we were at the Houses of Parliament for an early morning run and to discuss the launch of the first ever Men's Health Strategy.

14 MPs and over 30 participants came together from
across the house to get moving, start conversations and champion men's health.

With the first-ever Men's Health Strategy on the
horizon, there's never been a better time to take action.

This is just the start.

The @gentlemansdrive 2025 brought together classic cars, sharp style and communities everywhere in support of Movember.

Every drive helps fund vital work in mental health and prostate cancer and improving the lives of men around the world.

Thank you to everyone who joined the drive and made it count.

"Seaing Red"
.
As somebody with an over-active brain*, diving with a camera is as close to meditation as I get. If you dive and haven't visited the Red Sea yet, I can't recommend it highly enough.
.
(*preempting comments - yes, I know I often hide the fact of brain ownership very well).
.
What's in the pics:
1) anenomefish
2) everything
3) clearfin lionfish
4) freckled hawkfish
5) crown of thorns starfish
6) bearded scorpionfish
7) Ludo, an amphibious frenchman
8) 2x goatfish, 2x bluefin trevally
9) sea goldie
10) lyretail grouper

As somebody constantly trying to balance running a business with being present for my young family, it was an honour to work with @dadshiftuk last week.

Last Wednesday, dozens of dads and babies came to deliver an open letter to the government, signed by 16,000 people and 30 MPs.

Yesterday, MPs debated on paternity leave in Parliament - so many MPs wanted to speak in favour of the campaign that they ran out of time in the debate!

To find out more about the campaign for fairer paternity leave, give them a follow and click on the link in their bio.

We've been a little quiet on here recently, mainly because we've been so busy working on projects out in the real world. I think it's about time we show you what we've been up to!

Let's start with this fun campaign for @locker27uk which we crafted from conception though to delivery. It's a fantastic facility, only bettered by the calibre of the staff and character of the members (many of whom feature in the video).
