Asians Debut 🇵🇭 Overall 5th in Asia 47 Women’s Open 🙏
Just happy to be able to represent the country and secure a total. First international meet in the books huhu this was an experience i’ll never forget. Played and fought hard despite finishing with only 7/9. On the bright side, at least, I clinched a squat bronze medal 🥹👍
S - 112.5/117.5/122.5 ⚪️⚪️⚪️🥉
Gave my all almost cried mid lift matched NR
B - 57.5/62.5 ⚪️⚪️⚪️/ 65 ❌
Opened with my comp PB. Failed my last bench but issokay i’m confident that I will get that soon.
D - 130/135 ⚪️⚪️⚪️/140 ❌
Deads weren’t just there today. Already started seeing stars on my 2nd attempt 🤣

A lot of lifters quit before they ever see what they’re capable of. Not because they weren’t talented but because they treated training like something they had to survive instead of sustain.
Longevity isn’t flashy but years of consistent training will always outperform short bursts of obsession.
Keep chasing strength. Be serious about the bar. Keep your life too.
