What a beautiful journey this film has been!

A collaboration between the best global talent, to visualise what that quiet, in-between feeling of an afternoon daydream can look like during Ramadan.

From brainstorm to hand sketches, from material samples to full build, this project has been seven months in the making. It’s one of those rare projects where the client gave us the space to go deeper than surface-level ideas. 

We properly collaborated as one team with other creatives. Everyone involved was trusted in their own artistry. And that trust pushed us creatively further than we imagined, which is rare in our industry.

The result is something I’m genuinely proud of.

For the art direction, we’ve built five real-life worlds and four scenic virtual worlds all intertwined into each other like a dream would.

And the details…
From floral fields made out of real fresh flowers, extended into the custom art directed VP environments,
to towering stacks of mattresses reaching sky high on set… A handcrafted boat inspired by regional nautical detailing… to a witch hunt for the perfect Arabic carpet.

From floral fields made out of real fresh flowers, extended into the custom art directed VP environments,
to towering stacks of mattresses reaching sky high on set… A handcrafted boat inspired by regional nautical detailing… to a witch hunt for the perfect Arabic carpet.
