CHALLENGERS SHOT BREAKDOWN - An in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at how the ZERO team, lead by VFX Supervisors Brian Drewes and Don Libby, created the breathtaking final scene of Luca Guadagnino’s “Challengers.”

“Luca was unambiguous in his vision for this shot. It needed to be a kinetic milestone in the grand finale and he wanted something ambitious, never seen before: the audience becomes the ball, getting smashed around the court at 100+ MPH.This demanded a true partnership between all facets of production and as the VFX Supervisor, it was on me and the talented artists at ZERO, to guide the process, design a workflow, and deliver on that vision to achieve what Luca saw in his mind’s eye.” - @_drewes
