Woke up today with a feeling that I need to make a CF video, even tho my body didn’t want to move, but something inside needed to be released. I asked God to talk through me when I recored it. Sometimes it is a spiritual practice and I believe this is very powerful when you share it, more than showing off your best round or moves🙏🏼

Mobility Camp with Yael Lan

Winter Break Movement Session

Feb 18-20 | 6-7pm (12yrs+ to Adults)

3 classes 1 hour each of mobility that is designed for both dancers and non-dancers, focusing on improving overall movement quality, strength, and body awareness.
Followed by movement and patterns to enhance mobility and coordination.
The class will finish with mindful stretching to release tension, increase flexibility, and support recovery.

so much growth has happened and I am so grateful to grow with these people around me.

What I am passionate about the most is working with people- all ages- being a student of them- creating the best welcoming space-navigating the energy in the room-doing mistakes and relearning together-building connections- building mindsets- teaching creativity-being someone who feels home to those who need it-and so much more.
I know I can give more than just a good dance/ art class.

I am always inspired and thankful for all of my teachers, mentors and surroundings who helped me to build my perspective, art, dance and visions- and I always carry that energy and double it when I use it and give to others.

Recording CF videos for my motivation and inspiration- this this is my way to practice and I want to share it✨
