Jina faced that choice. At 12, she spent every day searching for clean water for her three brothers and blind grandmother. Then a well changed everything.

Today, Jina is 28, a mother, and a medical school graduate. In the next five years, she will become one of the few female OB/GYN doctors in a country with the highest infant and maternal mortality rates in the world.
